Dr. Zvezdan Horvat, Principal Adizes Associate, has almost thirty years of experience deploying the Adizes Methodology within organizations worldwide, from global conglomerates to privately owned family-run and not-for-profit organizations.

He teaches at Adizes Graduate School and serves as Phase Master for the two most important Adizes Phases – Structure and Accountability.

His Ph.D. thesis was devoted to developing a model to determine a corporation’s lifecycle phase.
